To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前試過港島分店。今次就黎左試下尖沙咀呢間分店。星期六中午時間唔算太多人。可能天雨關係。等左一陣就有位。店內裝修都乾淨。不過座位都比較窄。叫左大碗麵。$62有成10個餸。河粉+$2。魚旦係最鍾意嘅陳皮魚旦。夠煙韌。豬腸豬皮豬紅入味爽口冇雜味。蘿蔔甜冇渣。其他餸就正正常常。河粉厚身得黎滑口。幾特別。細辣對唔食得辣嘅人都係有啲辣。+$15加左杯紅豆奶茶冰。茶香奶濃。口感十分厚身。最後成餐差不多$80都係覺得有啲貴。不過食完10個餸個感覺非常滿足。
