To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我同朋友二人去食100分鐘燒肉任食。呢度嘅燒肉任食分5個level嘅餐,我今次食左Level 3 美國SRF和牛放題(包括100款生熟食物)。因為係星期六Lunch,所以係屬於早割時段每位$338。原來呢個餐唔止包美國SRF和牛,連Level 2嘅美國見島和牛都可以order。食過兩種牛之後,個人覺得美國SRF和牛嘅肉味比較出而且油脂分布更平均。熟食方面,我就唔係叫左好多,但真心覺得炸芝士蜜糖年糕超好味。外脆內軟,一流,不過好肥。自助區可以拎白飯、紫菜、沙律、關東煮同甜品。因為太多野食,其實100分鐘真係唔係好夠。如果可以120分鐘就好喇。
