每次行經大角咀,都總會留意下有咩新小店進駐 (當然都經常留意到有店舖撤退)。今日發現有小店開幕,做上海菜。正合心意。叫咗招牌湯麵,賣相尚算精美。食落發現居然係魚湯湯底。不得了,要知道魚湯湯底相比其他肉類湯底更加難煮得好食,此店控制相當得宜。之後還點了小籠包、紅油抄手。小籠包居然係即包即蒸,食落口當然都即 "爆汁"。紅油抄手有別於坊間普通貨色,並不是 "齋" 辣,而係淡淡的麻辣。總括而言,絕對值得一試。加上價錢非常大眾化,100% Valuable.
