幾年前我喺中環威靈頓街食過來佬餐廳,我記得嗰陣時試個海南雞飯覺得好好味。可惜之後都冇機會再試。前幾日比我見到喺灣仔呢間來佬做緊11周年慶祝套餐,只係$328就可以食到11道菜!簡直超抵呀!於是就book咗同朋友星期日去食。飲品:巨峰提子菠蘿冰薄荷椰果冰6款前菜:1. 來佬一口海南雞飯:個海南雞飯整到好似壽司咁,可以一啖食晒,雞肉嫩滑。2. 大蝦多士:我覺得呢個做得幾有heart,佢會擺埋啲蟹子係上面,食落多一層口感。3. 自家西班牙黑毛豬叉燒:呢個食落肉質夠軟,有好香嘅豬味。4. 法式香草焗田螺:個田螺肉雖然唔係好大,但香草味幾香,個薯蓉幾creamy. 5. 經典凱撒沙律菜新鮮,每塊沙律都搽左薄薄既凱撒醬。6. 黑松露炸薯條薯片好脆,又唔油!配埋黑松露好香!湯: 羅宋湯:呢個唔會好似出邊咁啲菜切到碎晒,飲落仲有微微辣,夠正宗。黑松露野菌湯:飲落每一啖都有黑松露味,好鍾意呢個配搭。主菜: 脆皮乳鴿半隻,乳鴿崧生菜包平時豬肉生菜包就食得多啦,乳鴿生菜包就第一次試。食落又唔錯啵!隻乳鴿睇落細細隻但其實都幾多肉。燒西班牙橡果級黑毛豬配蘋果蓉:呢個餐廳建議個豬煮到七成熟,豬肉味濃郁,肉質爽口。

1. 來佬一口海南雞飯:
個海南雞飯整到好似壽司咁,可以一啖食晒,雞肉嫩滑。

2. 大蝦多士:
我覺得呢個做得幾有heart,佢會擺埋啲蟹子係上面,食落多一層口感。

3. 自家西班牙黑毛豬叉燒:
呢個食落肉質夠軟,有好香嘅豬味。

4. 法式香草焗田螺:
個田螺肉雖然唔係好大,但香草味幾香,個薯蓉幾creamy.

5. 經典凱撒沙律
菜新鮮,每塊沙律都搽左薄薄既凱撒醬。

6. 黑松露炸薯條
薯片好脆,又唔油!配埋黑松露好香!

燒西班牙橡果級黑毛豬配蘋果蓉:
呢個餐廳建議個豬煮到七成熟,豬肉味濃郁,肉質爽口。配個蘋果蓉可以減少油膩感。
如果個蘋果蓉再酸多少少就Perfect啦!

今日食咗咁多道菜真係勁滿足呀!平時出面餐廳正常份量嘅話真係唔會試到咁多樣野食。
呢度環境燈光都幾舒適寧靜,俾人感覺係比較chill啲嘅。
同埋啲Staff都好Nice,同啲客人有講有笑。

Btw凡惠顧十一週年慶祝套餐,會送出$100現金劵一張日後可係餐廳用返。
