To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全球最高的酒吧Ozone，餐廳廂房能俯瞰整個維港兩岸璀璨夜景，晚上的景色尤其優美動人，一向都是摸著酒杯底聊天的好地方。個下午茶一眼睇晒，食物唔多，每人大約6件鹹點同甜點，包括(由英文自己直譯)牛油果慕絲配芥末蛋沙律、四川風味手撕雞墨西哥夾餅、迷你和牛漢堡包配蘑菇、帆立貝藍莓配蝶豆花汁、金箔酥炸黃金蝦多士以及芝士英式鬆餅。整體嚟謫講食物都好高質、真材實料。當中，令我最驚喜嘅係個迷你和牛漢堡包，入面嘅和牛煎得好香，超嫩滑，勁多汁！一邊食一邊係咁大叫好好味!另一個驚喜鹹點係炸蝦多士，本身以為隻蝦下面係一塊普通多士，切開見到入面仲有兩隻蝦！好足料，而且蝦肉爽口彈牙。牛油果慕絲好軟滑有空氣感，味道偏淡，配芥末蛋沙律剛剛好。另一款我中意食嘅係手撕雞墨西哥夾餅。傳統嘅墨西哥夾餅就食得多，手撕雞肉配以青瓜同開胃酸辣四川風味醬汁真係好正！
