之前幫朋友影左D結婚相,因為大家都忙 過左幾個月都見唔到面,依家咁難得約到梗係要食返餐勁。我地去大家既中間點"元朗"食最近好受歡迎既119 我地去到門口:「嘩!!洗唔洗多人到咁(己經係平日)」,好彩我地有訂位 。如果咁熱要係門口等,我怕我會熱暈左 。好彩唔洗等好耐我地就有位,入面掛左超多關於消防員既野 消防衫帽、士把拿、鐵鏟等等,未有野食之前都可以欣賞環境。鐵鏟芝士排骨 (半份 $128) : 三種招牌鐵鏟之一,店員上鏟開爐將芝士燒熔,我地睇住D芝士慢慢熔就有D芝士香味發出黎(其實我已經流緊口水),店員見芝士熔得差唔多就用鉸剪將排骨分5份,再用純熟技巧將芝士包滿排骨(本人包過一次,超核特 )。第一啖咬落去帶有小辛既排骨同香濃芝士完美結合,排骨較淋上面有D辣醬加上芝士之後中和左辣性。所以唔算好辣味道剛剛好 水冷豐梨巴馬火腿 ($58) : 隊長三星推介,將豐水梨浸真露酒再放入雪櫃,表面加上巴拿馬火腿。食落有清甜梨味,不過好似雪得太耐咬落有D涷隊長沙律 ($58) : 一上碟色彩就吸引我眼球,蜜桃既黃、番茄既紅、生菜既綠再加上藍莓醬汁未食都興奮。藍莓醬汁較沙律醬多左D酸味,十分
