是晚一行12人,來到君臨宴會廳,來一場聚舊飯局 。是晚共有11道菜,以下是我覺得不錯的菜式:其中我最愛「富貴黑松露蛋白黃帝蝦球」,黑松露與蝦出奇地夾,更能突顯蝦的味道,炒蛋滑捋捋,很想要多碟,好好味。醬皇翡翠瑚桂花蚌,珊瑚蚌比預期中帶點辣,也咸了點,而桂花蚌爽脆好味,不錯!准杞北奇螺頭燉鱷魚湯,螺切了薄片,味道鮮甜入味,看「湯渣」就知用料十足!龍躉用了兩味,這碟較清,厚切魚塊,無骨方便好咬口,茄子切得薄薄好刀工!至於干逼龍躉頭腩,這個比之前更濃味,魚塊偏咸,而枝竹也很入味,送飯應該一流XD由於之前已吃了許多,開始飽飽了,荷葉飯一隻一隻上,清清的荷葉香,小小飯剛好!鑑香煎韭菜盒,皮薄多汁,在圍菜中較少見到。
