《12道鋒味》令我哋認識謝霆鋒嘅廚技,而位於炮台山嘅16 Shell令我哋認識到謝霆鋒助手嘅廚藝!呢間由謝霆鋒前助手主理嘅16 Shell,聽講盡得謝霆鋒真傳之外,部份菜式仲係由謝霆鋒擔任顧問,今晚一於試試嚟呢間有名氣嘅意大利餐廳啦!餐廳面積唔大,但就好有格調,店內以深褐色為主,仲有唔同嘅剪影,又Grand又帶有藝術品味。黑炭黑蒜蓉包:基本上係枱枱必點嘅小食!麵包以黑炭同黑蒜焗製,估唔到咁軟熟,仲有香濃嘅蒜蓉味,好有水準呀!爆谷蝦:薄薄嘅炸粉,入面就係鮮甜彈牙嘅鮮蝦,配埋沙律醬真係夠晒醒胃。香煎欖油大蒜白酒汁配大蝦意粉:4隻新鮮彈牙嘅大蝦,配埋意粉,驚喜在於個醬汁!用上橄欖油嘅白酒汁真係夠晒健康!配合埋大蒜,呢個意粉真係夠晒香口!大茄瓜配香煎麵包粉及鮮羅勒意粉:大茄瓜炸到脆卜卜,非常香口,入面又滑又甜,對我嚟講真係好新鮮嘅嘗試。上面有大量嘅香煎麵包粉同炸蒜,脆卜卜又帶點微辣鹹香,食落好似避風塘炒意粉咁呀!Pink Guava:桃紅色嘅番石榴汁,同我A姐一樣夠晒迷人!天然嘅果香,解渴開胃。伯爵茶:而M佬就叫佢最鍾意飲嘅伯爵茶。
