To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天小米約了志同道合的朋友到杏花玩,順便在附近商場午餐。這12位細路,其實就是12隻恐龍,學名:化骨龍。為管教子女而聲嘶力竭的家長們,學名:噴火龍。教仔會扯火,所以天天在噴火。   最後大家都選擇美心集團旗下的壽司店。12隻恐龍來到壽司店,整個餐廳馬上熱鬧起來。一堆細路,一起玩又一起食壽司,當然十分開心,同時亦十分嘈吵。幸好這家不是高級西餐廳!職員也很快地安排了全部人在角落就座。 各個家庭各自下單後,又要為管教小朋友的儀態&規矩而煩惱。不知不覺,食物就呈上來了!    甜蛋壽司&腐皮壽司&蟹柳卷  小米每次到壽司店必點的款式。反正全都是熟的,很放心讓小米享用。 在小米專心消滅壽司期間,自己才有時間享用五件大滿足壽司。大滿足系列   因為是固定價格,方便計算,特地選擇大滿足。  赤海蝦壽司: 習慣將蝦和壽司飯分開品嚐。大隻蝦肉有粘粘糊糊的口感,沾少許醬油,當然美味。好少好少的豉油就OK了!太多豉油會偏鹹,蓋過蝦肉本身的鮮甜。筋子壽司:飯細,自己OK。但橙色的筋子更細,跟圖片有出入。扁平的筋子有薄膜和粘液包圍,偏向鹹鮮,没有三文魚子那卜卜脆口感和鮮甜的味道。下方壽司飯很實篤篤。   三文魚

因為有竹輪獅子狗卷,所以小米想要來一碗。
而且有几位細路都點了烏冬呢! 
可是,一碗烏冬未能滿足小米胃口,再追加一碗清湯烏冬。  
小米午餐合共吞了2碗烏冬,蟹柳卷,二件甜蛋壽司和二件豆腐皮壽司,胃口真大!
不愧係化骨龍!
