To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The lounge 裝修停業了一段時間,知道佢11 月重開,加上官網下午茶自助餐有優惠,所以今日嚟試吓。下午茶時段客人不多,裝修後空間感大了,上層取食物的位置少了選擇,之前放凉菜的位置直情沒有放任何食物,下層的甜品區也細了。食物方面,燒牛肉卷、燒魷魚好有BBQ風味,點心有燒賣、牛肉腸、牛柏葉,水準吾錯,豬肉鮮蝦雲吞加叻沙湯底和鮮蝦皮旦瘦肉生滾粥保持一貫水準,燒乳鴿和迷你牛肉漢堡就吾夠熱所以好乾。燒牛肉、炸雲吞、皮片鴨、甜酸齋不見了。提子鬆餅、葡撻有熱櫃保持溫度,所以食落口感不錯,斑蘭戚風蛋糕就冇乜班蘭味,豆腐花質地有啲怪,軟雪糕位置也少了選擇。整體來說,食物水準和種類確實差了和少了,但服務方面,仍然系保持到。
