To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Sweet and sour pork chop

The pork were tender with appealing sweet and sour sauce. It like this better than sweet and sour pork 咕嚕肉 as the latter is deep fried and much oily. It would be more complete if it comes with a drinks soup.

This set came with soup and drink. The steak was fine, of cause, what are you asking for with this value!
Their soup changes daily and the day we had was 南瓜雪耳木瓜湯煲豬骨湯

Also got one for breakfast as I was attracted the the bakery pleasant smell while waiting for the dinner. The filling was full, nice seasoning of chicken with onion and mushroom.
