同事約我收工去 Happy Hour,話公司將會大地震,要爆料俾我知。來到旺角黑布街,這區近來開了幾間新酒吧。見到呢間門外放咗兩個假人,咁搞鬼,仲話係主打賣時下流行嘅手工啤和本土食物。好! 爭取時間唔好四圍行,就呢間。酒吧細細,座位唔算多,裝修都幾舒服。最特色係,周圍都掛咗好多上世紀八、九十年代嘅相,同時,播放著八、九十年代的廣東流行歌,好有懷舊feel。呢個世界唔淨只謝檸檬有12道鋒味,呢間酒吧都有,仲大多佢12道: 12 款味道嘅手工啤 + 12款 “本土” 小食。聽完酒吧職員細心講解完各款啤酒的釀法、味道和各款小食的製法之後,我哋最終點了 【3號啤酒: 毅行者 $78】、【4號啤酒: 冰山雪蓮 $78】、【風騷魷魚 $78】、【小西灣軍師雞 $88】和【脆豬pizza - 魚香茄子 $128】同事開始爆料,原來大老闆個細仔同三女在外國讀完書,依家返來入主董事會,掌管埋重要部門,好快就會有大行動。唓! 我仲以為係咩料咁巴閉,原來都係碎料。以前大小姐、二小姐都有試過入主董事會,玩唔夠兩年,嫌辛苦,就唔繼續玩。依家,通常都係見佢哋兩個上報紙、上電視,到馬場、去Ball場、去慈善show

同事開始爆料,原來大老闆個細仔同三女在外國讀完書,依家返來入主董事會,掌管埋重要部門,好快就會有大行動。唓! 我仲以為係咩料咁巴閉,原來都係碎料。以前大小姐、二小姐都有試過入主董事會,玩唔夠兩年,嫌辛苦,就唔繼續玩。依家,通常都係見佢哋兩個上報紙、上電視,到馬場、去Ball場、去慈善show,不知幾爽。

啤酒、食物到,費事再聽佢廢噏。


【3號啤酒: 毅行者】:  色澤較黑。正如酒吧職員所講,釀造過程中,啤酒是經橡木浸發過的,所以是苦中帶有些木的酸香和焦糖的甘味,飲落又幾特別喎。
【4號啤酒: 冰山雪蓮】: 色澤較淺,麥味幾重,苦味之中又有些生果味。都好飲。

問過酒吧職員,點解食物係無蝦條、薯片、芝麻八爪魚、花生、香腸嗰啲平時必食嘅嘢? 佢話呢開設呢間酒吧嘅背後理念係要推廣本土嘢,啤酒是本土手工啤,食物都要係滲入本土feel,例如: 【艇家煎蛋腸粉】、【碗仔翅啤酒冷麵】、【雞同鴨“港”】和【冷脆黑目耳】等等都是充滿本土feel 之作。

我哋聽住啲舊歌,一路飲一路食,就轉咗話題:  想當年。隻隻都係金曲,草猛、Beyond、關淑怡、鄭秀文、黎明、王傑……,連已顧陳百強隻深愛著你都有,不其然,覺得時間過得好快,家駒、Danny仔都走咗廿幾年,九十後出世的都廿幾三十歲。香港呢廿幾年都好似無咩進步過,反而祖國就越來越強大,唏噓感到本土就越來越渺小
。如今,唯有飲下本土手工啤,食下本土小食,盡量把唏噓感驅走,cheers!
