The second time we went to RESTO is because the PCC coffee shop next door was close. Since our first experience with RESTO was not the best (we had the ribs. the ribs was overcooked and you could feel it was not fresh meet. and the pizzas was only ok) we were hesitant into going in the second time. but we really wanted a cup of coffee so we gave it another go. so we told the old waitress that we wanted two double espressos. the coffee came, it was not very good but we had our coffee so we didn't say anything (btw they don't have any sweetener). However, I almost swore when I saw the bill: 132HKD for two cups coffee!!! Shocked I asked the lady if she made a mistake....she said and explained that an espresso costs 30HKD, double means 60HKD....and that with 10% service charge, it all adds up. I didn't argue but it is a JOKE! Even at Starbucks they charge 17HKD for a double espresso.... This story still makes me angry, even though it's been a few days already.
