叫咗個14件壽司set茶碗蒸第一次食有雲耳嘅蒸蛋,好得意!右口魚原來佢有另一個名叫「絞鰈」㗎喎!上面放咗三升漬,即係用米、辣椒及麵豉製成嘅,帶少少酸辣,不過味道好平衡帆立貝賣相同平時嗰啲唔同,原來係廚師用咗另一種切法,令到睇起上嚟有一絲絲嘅效果,口感有趣金扇鯛即係日本嘅紅衫魚,輕輕燒過後,再加少少醬油,口感結實深海池魚加咗醬油及木魚花,有不同口感,食落爽脆又鮮甜甜蝦好大隻,仲有好多勁鮮甜嘅蝦膏赤貝表呈橙紅色,肉質爽口太刀魚魚身充滿光澤,連魚皮上所以清楚睇到銀粉,輕輕燒一燒後再加少少梅醬,肉質爽身銀鱈魚西京燒多,壽司就比較少食。加咗少少柚子胡椒,鮮味更提升,帶少少油份,口感好爽又嫩滑三文魚籽每粒都晶瑩剔透,食落帶甜唔鹹海膽一啲都唔腥,好滑鰤魚肉質甜美,魚脂豐腴入口即溶!!!中拖羅呈粉紅,魚香及魚油好平均,味道甘香又冇筋,正!左口魚裙邊輕輕燒過帶少少燒香,魚油必晒出嚟針魚魚身帶銀光,肉質彈牙,魚味唔算好濃但勝在魚油豐富!麵豉湯第一次飲麵豉湯入面有豚肉!檸檬雪葩食完飽晒!環境舒適,店員服務態度好,會不斷加熱茶,唔洗驚口乾!
