Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)一路食，一路出post😝之前我呀媽催我帶佢去食酸菜魚催左好多日，今日行過元朗竟然比我見到一張發光嘅Menu召喚緊我🤩行近啲睇原來係傷心酸辣粉新出嘅外賣套餐😱 拎外賣嘅返屋企嘅時候淨係有幾種諗法😆1️⃣3個外賣盒，點解可以咁重？2️⃣香到搭車捧住都聞到3️⃣希望快啲返屋企首先，3個大盒，好重好重好重！打開左之後我冇諗過條魚可以咁巨形，個鍋細啲都裝唔到🤣仲有包裝得好好👍🏻一大盒湯竟然冇打瀉，原來佢地好貼心咁包埋保鮮紙，等我平平安安返到屋企😚🔸老壇酸菜魚 $169除左一條巨魚之外，已經包左一堆火鍋配料:有肥牛、花枝丸、腸仔、蟹柳、牛丸、雪耳、生菜同薯粉😋仲有2包野飲😚店舖已經將條巨魚已經煎到金黃色，脆卜卜，入口爽脆鮮甜，冇咩細骨仔😝我自己首先就放條魚比湯滾一滾先，之後熄左火先以免煮到老晒。整到一半再開火到湯打邊爐🍲 個湯底好好味，酸菜完全唔吝嗇🤭薯粉份量都幾多，同啲生菜一樣吸哂啲湯。牛丸咬落去仲有汁😍木耳細細粒，一口可以好多粒😌岩哂貪心嘅我🤣想話比大家知😂2個人都食唔哂🙃我諗呢個餐可以2-3人食，我已經留起左一碟比我呀爸收工返黎食🤣評分時間❣️ (最多五顆星，如不推薦會打交叉）食
