To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 浸會醫院呢呢個地方令到我記得一件舊事,我記得嗰日我個肚好痛,第三日忍唔住落去睇醫生,睇開嘅醫生好驚慌,佢問我你知唔知你自己膽管發炎,一個正常嘅人係唔會忍得到多過六個鐘。立即簽紙安排我入院。我呢啲窮等人家當然唔會打算去睇私家,留院兩三日,都仲未肯去斷症,折騰左兩日決定出院,返返去自己睇開個間醫生,醫生令令頭咁同我講,唯有用我嘅方法幫你醫好佢。同一時間,請咗兩日假嘅我受到當時嘅上司嘅責備,成日就俾說話我聽,同老闆講我詐病。。。當然呢位老闆絕對知道我唔係咁,佢亦都知道我病得好嚴重。最後佢竟然安排左自己嘅私家醫生,帶我嚟到呢一度做過最仔細嘅檢查。其實非親非故,一個老闆願意咁樣幫你真係唔容易,我好記得嗰日出院,老闆唔用車叫司機接我車我返到屋企。我離開咗公司唔經唔覺已經就嚟三年,三年以來我地都繼續有聯絡出街食飯,帶我去見識更多。其實呢件事已經唔講係唔會記得嘅,今次嚟到金記又令我勾起呢啲回憶。因為就係響浸會醫院隔離。裝修很有舊式電影院嘅感覺,暫時來講覺得呢一間嘅裝修最靚。留意番呢度真係食到九點都仲爆場。同朋友兩個點左一個小菜一份三文治一件西多。小菜係我已是最鍾意食嘅菜脯肉鬆煎蛋,我嫲嫲都好鍾意食,所

其實呢件事已經唔講係唔會記得嘅,今次嚟到金記又令我勾起呢啲回憶。因為就係響浸會醫院隔離。裝修很有舊式電影院嘅感覺,暫時來講覺得呢一間嘅裝修最靚。留意番呢度真係食到九點都仲爆場。

同朋友兩個點左一個小菜一份三文治一件西多。

小菜係我已是最鍾意食嘅菜脯肉鬆煎蛋,我嫲嫲都好鍾意食,所以以前成日整,可惜嘅係呢幾個月已經冇再整。因為無人送d 靚菜脯比我地囉!!

呢度嘅菜脯煎蛋,真係有嗰種爽脆嘅口感,唔需要太多嘅肉碎只係調一調味,啲蛋唔會太老,成件事簡單又好味,咩都唔使點即刻送到半碗飯。

朋友問過我點解永遠都係只會點鹹牛肉炒蛋三文治,我嘅答案就係因為其他嘢我都識整囉,唯獨是我唔知係邊度買到鹹牛肉,所以必點。

即叫即炒,熱辣辣,麵包鬆軟,烘底之後外脆內軟,更正!

我覺得金記嘅西多士真係每一間都可以keep得住個水準,西多士同樣即叫即炸,夜晚都有得食,從來都唔鍾意食花生醬嘅我,唯獨是裕興同食西多士先會吃,西多士裏便嘅係粗粒花生醬有口感就同外邊鬆軟感覺形成強烈對比。好食到呢 ~

我知道老闆你每年都會嚟做身體檢查,好想過兩日同你地講不如下次過嚟食件西多士先返公司,雖然你唔會睇到呢篇食評不過我都希望你生意興隆興隆唔重要,最重要係身體健康,帶我食好嘢食多20年。
