20 minute wait for espresso

I have tried going here many times but after waiting 20 minutes for an espresso with no other customers, I can’t try anymore. The staff seem to have no appreciation for the fact that as customers the first thing we want is the coffee. Atmosphere is great, but it can only go so far. Waiting 20 minutes for an espresso with no explanation or apology is too much. I can’t recommend this place.
