To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節去了美心食套餐, 星期五晚好FULL呀, D枱又迫, 勁多人, 我們的套餐:芝士焗大蝦烏冬千絲花枝圓蟲草花甜豆炒煙鴨胸花膠燴火鴨絲羹鮑菇皇扒生菜清蒸海星斑瑤柱湯泡翠苗東江鹽焗雞荔蓉珍珠露中銀信用咭不用2千元, 實在係好抵, 還包兩渣橙汁. 份量都好大好足夠的, 大蝦都好大隻的, 幾爽口呀, 好大碟, 烏冬OK, 個汁好香芝士味的, 好味道.花枝丸係有些麵粉包住嚟炸, 都好香口, 不過花枝丸冇咩味.鴨胸好香, 同埋都好多的, 好食呀, 有淮生的, 又爽口, 這個好啱口味.個羮有點似火鴨絲湯米的湯, 只係加左些花膠絲, 其它的材料都一樣, 咸咸地, 但怪怪地.鮑菇都好片的, 好爽甜, 草苗好好味, 好甜, 唔漏. 隻雞都好入味, 都夠滑身, 唔肥的, 條魚OK, 幾滑及多肉, 唔會過老. 最後的湯水係芋頭西米露, 冇芋頭料的, 好水好水咁, 西米好少, 呢個真的唔掂, 好難食, 食滯好大窩係度呀.
