To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. *放大假第一日*訂了十點鐘去體育館打波,未夠鐘前去食大早餐先。餐牌上寫著炸菜肉絲米是用豬骨湯制作,好像很'把閉',於是就試一試。先來多士﹑炸豬扒配粟米,多士攤到凍了,我很怕這樣的,牛油塗了也不溶;炸豬扒外層雖然較多麵包糠,但內層豬扒又厚又幾有咬口,不錯;至於湯米粉,湯的味道和平時吃到的沒什麼分別,勝在夠大碗。加配杯花旗參杞子蜜,雖然淡淡地,不過一早飲這些會令人很舒服。
