they was more than happy to provide me something off the menu
its wild mushrooms in a cream sauce with crusty bread... its delicious, and tasted the same as it did before... i was so happy when they said yes they can do it for me!!!
between three girls, we ordered their speciality, which we call in english a ham shank
oh my god, its so tasty... i couldn't understand why i never ordered it!!
its not cheap though, approx $300
the ham shank came on a bed of mash with a sweetish sauce, the ham wasn't salty at all and the best part was the skin...it was crispy... like suckling pig!!!
i know!!!
def well worth the penny we paid!!!
