2016.02.20 【2.20 用路邊煱進補 ~滋味行TASTY ROAD】有說九龍城多泰國菜同潮州菜食,但朋友MI就帶我果邊去路邊進補,因為佢記得我以前係最溫暖的同學,但今日佢洗完手,手比我仲暖,全因為佢鍾意食雞煲,所以佢要我今晚6點同佢食,早嚟就係好,座多,坐得舒服。佢知我受唔到辣,所以叫花彫酒煮雞煲,我話花彫酒喎,佢話煮雞後,酒精會揮發哂,有香味,但又唔會醉,反正,我跟得妳嚟,我就信妳,放膽一試。用花彫酒、蒜子同紅蔥炆煮滑雞,不斷滾時,雞依然保持嫩滑,蒜子同紅蔥吸汁,一口雞一蒜子一紅蔥,酒味全冇,惹味全收。洗哂啲雞,意猶未盡,加啲湯再叫2款牛嚟打邊爐, 別有一番滋味,牛肉彈牙。又雞又牛,怕會燥燥哋,飲返支竹蔗茅根同柑桔檸蜜,然後做RUNNING MAN返屋企睇RUNNING MAN。為健康,為家庭,為事業,為愛情,為心想事成,飲杯。
