To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

20170404(星期二)--海港是我住近聯和墟,光顧得最多的食肆,無論點心、晩飯小菜,宵夜及海鮮,光顧了不下數十次。門口無論任何時段也見食客如雲,所以有點摸不著頭腦為何哭臉比笑臉多。家人原定說六時WALK IN,我建議嘗試致電訂座,接線生回覆說預訂位已滿,只剩小量WALK IN桌子,5:30PM開始輪侯,我們深怕又要等上一小時以上,飛快地出門,未到5:30PM已到達,可以開始拿票,已經是等第四位了,很快可安排入座,相信六時才來未必有位了。四月份是家人生日月份,生日飯第一回提早開始,家人看到海港南澳龍蝦做特價優惠,每兩$19.8,可惜每隻差不多要五至六斤以上。我們只有三人,太大了。改吃長腳蟹,店員說全部蟹也被預訂了,只剩一隻約三斤十五兩($188/斤),蟹不算大,還有點瘦,沒得選擇又不想掃興,接受了。店家只提供清蒸和花雕蛋白蒸,我們選了後者。店員見我們只有三人,建議先吃蟹後再點菜,因為蟹肉也很飽肚,我們也接受了她的建議。長腳蟹上桌,蛋白混和了花雕酒的香氣,撲鼻而來,我先看上了蟹蓋,內裏充滿了蟹膏和蛋白,一口一口蟹膏送一口,我就是愛吃這種軟軟香香的蟹膏,蟹膏配上花雕蛋白的清香,好想多吃一

家人愛吃蟹腳,用剪刀很容易就可以把蟹肉折出,蟹肉飽滿實在,多汁鮮味,家人最愛吃長腳蟹的"啖啖肉",令人回味無窮。
小朋友把蛋白花雕汁加上已拆好的蟹肉和白飯混在一起吃,吃了兩大碗飯,一臉滿足。

吃罷長腳蟹,我們也有七分飽意,但再點了半隻燒鵝,海港的燒鵝算是有點名氣,半隻燒鵝份量不少,燒鵝外皮香脆,鵝肉細嫩有肉汁,皮和肉之間不會有太多的肥膏,有水準。

甜品--香芒鯉魚布甸,入口爽爽的,布甸爽口感覺怪怪的,不好吃。鮮百合芋頭南瓜露,芋頭和百合份量多,幸好這個南瓜露好吃。

埋單: $1104--我雙至抵精明價看少了細字,原來燒鵝只在星期一至五做特價$128。生日飯第一回算是美味的開始,是日吃了豐富的一餐,大家滿足地離開。
