「一般既雞煲店係當你食完雞就加水打邊爐,尚上下夏就唔會加水,你要加$50左右就可以選擇幾款健康湯底,但湯底真係好正! 」聽完朋友Hardsell之後,有啲心血來潮,嗰晚就拉左女朋友去試, 因為用健康湯底冇咁熱氣,一般既雞煲再用雞煲汁打邊爐真係好熱氣。雖然係星期日,但六點左右去就唔多人,唔駛等位真係好! 環境方面,店舖裝修似大排檔,有摺枱,膠椅。牆身貼左好多港式Slogan,幾特别同新穎。醬料方面就位位$12作茶芥費,真係估你唔到張餐單唔好睇佢得一張咁簿,其實都多款式選擇。不過選擇鴛鴦鍋嗰度我唔係好明白,好彩職員好好人,解到我明白為至。我同女朋友最後選擇雞脾併雞胸(大份)同埋瑤柱群翅雞湯,當然仲有打邊爐必備良品-竹蔗茅根。.雞煲好足料,入面有八角、麻子、洋蔥、蒜頭、莞茜,配料好夠令成個雞煲超級麻。雞件完全冇骨,,啱晒我呢個食肉獸!另外豬皮索晒啲汁,吸收晒雞煲既精華,超級惹味!醬汁比較甜,所以我應付小辣係卓卓有餘。打邊爐我地叫左好小材料,只有冰豆腐、雜菜籃、手打三色滑、四川苕粉(食完雞都八成飽)。 四款材料都好新鮮,當中四川苕粉最特别,苕粉較為粗身,熟左就變左半透明,幾有咬口。瑤柱群翅雞湯

打邊爐我地叫左好小材料,只有冰豆腐、雜菜籃、手打三色滑、四川苕粉(食完雞都八成飽)。 四款材料都好新鮮,當中四川苕粉最特别,苕粉較為粗身,熟左就變左半透明,幾有咬口。瑤柱群翅雞湯幾鮮甜,中和左雞煲汁,食晒全部野無咩熱氣既感覺。
