朕都好耐無微服出巡喇,今日朕既隨從就同朕講,有一間高麗菜應讓幾啱朕既口胃,於是朕今日就去到旺角既梨滿園韓國料理試下,睇下係咪真係咁有高麗風味!朕一坐低連餐牌都未睇,阿豬媽店小二就過黎斟水同埋奉上韓式六小碟,比朕一路食一路聽佢介紹有咩野係必試既,而朕每次食高麗菜都係必點既紅燜牛肋骨,呢度既紅燜牛肋骨燜到非常之腍身,但係又唔會一夾就散哂,食落又有好香濃既牛味,而啲蘿蔔仲吸收哂啲牛肉既香味同埋超腍身,真係低讚!呢個韓式醬油蟹就係阿豬媽力推既,朕喺高麗都試過,不過朕就覺得過鹹,店小二就話呢度既唔會,朕就信下佢,醬蟹大小適中,又有蟹膏,醬蟹朕只係會食個蟹蓋既啫,超好味,啲飯有蟹膏既香同鮮味,加埋啲紫菜拌飯超好味,啲蟹腳就留俾隨從們吧!食高麗菜又點少得烤肉呢,朕就叫左個~特選牛肋骨(無醃),特選牛肋骨肥瘦適中,雪花分佈均勻,一睇就知係好野,阿豬媽話(無醃)既肉燒完之後就點少少鹽,就可以吊出佢既肉味,而醃過既就點少少醬油可以更好味。特選牛肋骨(無醃),肉味香濃,肉質嫩滑,用生菜包住,加埋蒜片同埋沙律菜食落可以清新啲,真係食幾多都唔會(漏)呀!紅椒醬醃五花腩片,肥瘦適中,烤五花腩張啲油迫哂出黎,食落香

紅椒醬醃五花腩片,肥瘦適中,烤五花腩張啲油迫哂出黎,食落香口而紅椒醬醃又夠哂入味,真係連醬油都唔哂沾呀!

辣汁拌冷麵,鮮紅色既辣汁,睇落好似好辣,但係食落又好似唔係好辣,全因加左大量梨汁同梨肉,食落有甜甜辣辣既感覺(有個隨從話食到流鼻水)!朕就當然無事啦!而冷麵食落夠彈牙,食得辣既朋友不妨一試!
