今晚同老公話要食小菜,經過見到依間酒家都幾大,一上到見到都好爆,幸好仲有位黎到先點左茶,隨即送上香脆花生。我地點左特價龍躉班兩味,$268超抵食又好食包括有 "翡翠淮山炒龍躉球", 淮山超爽龍躉球又滑又彈牙,因為落左酒炒,所以多一份香味甜豆無絲仲有菇同紅椒黃椒,整個菜式既配搭都非常好原來仲有陳皮絲,真係好花心思另外一味係"雲耳金瓜蒸頭腩"用左鼓酒, 油蒸,最簡單既方法,但就最能帶出龍躉既鮮甜而且蒸得岩岩好,唔會靭,皮同肉都咁滑南瓜好甜鴛鴦腸炒芥蘭超多臘腸同膶腸,而且仲有臘肉。臘腸同臘肉都係半肥瘦,炒起黎好香,食落好濃郁既味道。但一點油膩感覺都無。佢地再加埋紫洋蔥、紅椒、黃椒,令炒依道菜時更香。芥蘭係依個配搭之下,當然吸收晒所有材料既精華,好好味~
