蒸火鍋,要海鮮多,粥底先好味,唔駛諗就叫左海鮮5層塔,有龍蝦,肉蟹,扇貝,魚頭同蜆,個粥一定正!平日都坐滿粥底有肉排,白果,同少少炸菜絲。大半碗米,都煲到6~8碗粥。5層塔嚟啦,不過佢同其他額外叫既野混埋一齊,其他海鮮放旁邊。蒸肉蟹,好鮮甜,啖啖肉。蜆,蒸完好juicy, 但用碟隔水蒸,因怕個粥底太咸,因為d蜆的確幾重海水味,就咁食就正!波士頓龍蝦,又一鮮甜之作魚頭雲極新鮮至surprise 推介,蝦丸的,unexpected 的新鮮,完全鬆軟鮮甜到唔同街外的。菜,是完美的結局,一般蒸都比炒煮更鮮嫩甜美。咁多鮮味汁既精華,變左粥底既一部份,突然排骨粥都變海鮮粥,飽極都食左兩碗。
