上月到旺角新城17樓鵝大哥鵝煲專家食火煱,裝修較家庭式及平實,食後卻覺得食材新鮮,味道佳又價格公道,且發現除火煱外,該店尚有私房菜式,故預先訂座八位,今晚到此一試,菜式由該店大廚發板,加入二至三道海鮮(本人提出),價錢每位約$250元,食後大家都覺得物超所值,食物美味,服務殷勤,令我們過了一個開心的晚上。現同大家分享我們今晚的菜單:金銀菜煲豬肺湯上湯焗中蝦烏冬底冬菇火腩扣班頭腩蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝脆皮吊炸雞1隻鮑汁扣鵝掌花菇生炒糯米飯香芋紫米露對於想尋地道菜式兼價格實惠的食客,此店絕對值得一試。個人最愛豬肺湯,必食招牌脆皮吊炸雞,及小吃炸魚皮。
