To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎到銅鑼灣，突然落好大雨，見到最近一間餐廳，譚仔就入左去食lunch, 呢間譚仔位於地庫，不過入口都好易搵。有好大個招牌，一望就知搵岩地方。坐低之後，難得呢間譚仔唔多人，仲可以自己一個人霸一張台，真係好難得。望左餐牌一陣，雖然好多小食，最後決定點左一個麻辣米線10小辣配雞肉、炸醬，飲凍菜蜜。等左7-8分鐘，終於送上台面了，味道唔錯，10小辣對我黎講，唔算太辣，而且配雞肉好有味道，再加上炸醬，味道十分美味。
