今晚約左十幾個朋友食飯,搵到觀塘區工厦入面嘅餐廳go inside kitchen. 我地叫左6個set dinner, 加散叫其他食物首先黎嘅係一系列嘅沙律,有得揀黑醋或者柚子汁,柚子汁無咩味,反而黑醋就比較夾各類沙律。我地有叫parma ham沙律,但parma ham唔夠咸味,盛底喺哈密瓜亦無甜味同唔爽口,所以沙律都係雞肉比較好味!蒜蓉包有驚喜,蒜蓉份量多,亦食得出係啱啱焗出黎,無放到凍焗蠔話就話係芝士煙肉,但無乜煙肉😅一直以為係食緊芝士焗蠔。不過焗出黎都好香芝士味!而黑松露蜜糖雞翼,熱辣辣亦好香蜜糖味,不過無咩黑松露味!雖然蜜糖雞翼已經好好味,不過唔好太寄望有好重黑松露味了!意粉方面,係好足料嘅,我特別喜愛蒜香意粉,用素菜去配蒜香係好明智,因為蒜香唔會比肉味蓋過,而菜係會吸左蒜香同欖油👍🏻👍🏻所以味道係好嘅!而carbonara 都好足料,略嫌唔係好夠creamy, 不過蘑菇、煙肉、洋蔥都好充足,食呢個已經好飽!而risotto 方面,就比兩個pasta味道無咁濃,不過勝在帶子同蝦夠大隻。至於主菜,三文魚扒厚而多油,三文魚有鮮味,不過皮煎得再脆啲就更好了。牛扒都好juicy,

焗蠔話就話係芝士煙肉,但無乜煙肉😅一直以為係食緊芝士焗蠔。不過焗出黎都好香芝士味!而黑松露蜜糖雞翼,熱辣辣亦好香蜜糖味,不過無咩黑松露味!雖然蜜糖雞翼已經好好味,不過唔好太寄望有好重黑松露味了!

至於主菜,三文魚扒厚而多油,三文魚有鮮味,不過皮煎得再脆啲就更好了。
牛扒都好juicy, 唔會好乾。
Ribs嘅醬汁好足夠,ribs都燒到好嫩。
而每一碟都有薯條,薯條又熱又脆,加埋主菜就更加飽了!
而呢一餐都唔貴,一人都係200蚊左右,又食到好飽。不過場地就唔太大,要食就要預先book定位了!
