To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日來鯉魚門逛逛，天氣熱往往想來杯冷飲，路經一家門口貼著芒果益力多海報的店，門面低調的它，本來沒留意到原是一家茶餐廳，推開門，充滿一種80年代（估計😆）的氛圍，好有感覺，於是決定坐下來歇一下。細心看牆上的剪報，老闆娘曾經拿過奶茶獎，本應試試手沖奶茶，可惜已經點了食物。想喝的芒果益力多已停止供應一段時間，她說因為沒有益力多🤔 轉為點了一客芒果布甸（$26），也是銀龍代表作。芒果粒挺多，最開心是有花奶任加，對我來說這才是精粹所在！！另外點了聞名的南乳西多士（$30），真係很有南乳味，淋上練乳，鹹鹹甜甜的挺有趣，第一次吃到如此fusion；還有一杯香茅青檸特飲（$30），香茅味很出，但青檸味欠奉，味道偏淡，這個比較普通。出走鯉魚門不妨去坐坐，除了以上輕食，也有簡單麵類可以點呢。希望這類小店可以繼續處在時光隧道裡不被淹沒。
