I went over to Shau Kei Wan to meet an old friend of mine and he decided to bring me to Chiu Ball for dinner. It was located at Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, near Shau Kei Wan MTR.They offered a wide range of dishes, noodle in soup or dried, rice, appetizers and drinks etc. They specialized in beef ball. Iced milk coffee - The drink was smooth and fragrant, with strong tea and coffee taste. Iced yuzu plum soda - It was refreshing and gassy, having sour taste too. Plum taste was strong as well.

Deep fried fish ball - The size of the ball was small, look like hand made. Fish ball was chewy and juicy, with sauce enhancing the taste.
Deep fried chicken wings - It was fried till very crispy, and the chicken was smooth and juicy as well.
Premium beef ball noodle soup - Pho noodle was very soft and smooth, with strong beef soup taste. Beef ball was very chewy and juicy, with juice bursting out when i took a bite.
Lo mien - There were ingredients such as marinated egg, tofu and pork belly. Pork belly was soft and fatty, melting in my mouth. Tofu was soft and egg was flavourful. Lo mien was chewy and smooth, adding some chilli sauce to enhance the taste.
