To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六晚七點半入座，咁岩有一大枱走咗，淨係等左10分鐘。極力推薦 初見邪惡炸薯條（$40），鹹蛋黃成條薯條都係呀，又夠粗，建議問店員拎一小疊鹽粒，就已經吊晒啲鹹蛋黃味出嚟 唔使點茄汁同沙律醬都好夠味。初見版石燒香草吉列牛肉拼糖心蛋配白飯（$118），牛肉多筋，入口唔溶，但係呢個價來講已經唔錯。三文魚海膽丼（$118） 好：海膽新鮮，玉子好甜，三文魚OK新鮮可以好啲：海膽多少少三文魚少少少，魚生飯多少少醋筷子套有籤文新一年恭祝大家大吉大利，同食多啲油甘魚人均$140是不錯的
