To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期三係aeon 特價日,所以同我老公加奶奶一齊嚟太古呢邊入貨,所以先食咗個晚飯再去掃貨,幫屋企個雪櫃上倉。晚飯期間餐廳座無虛席,亦有不少食客排隊等位。我地見等十張飛左右,所以冇走到係到等,好彩等左20分鐘左右就有枱。我地3個都唔係白飯愛好者,所以叫2個餐加1個小菜。黑松露蝦仁炒蛋蛋炒得都算ok滑,蝦仁又幾大隻,爽口嘅,除左係蛋面加左少少黑松露醬做裝飾外,亦撈左落蛋到,所以啖啖都有黑松露味。略嫌有少少多油,不過炒蛋又真係多油啲嘅。菠蘿生炒骨生炒骨係老公出街食飯必叫,貪佢甜甜酸酸,夠好開胃咼。呢到炒得都幾好食嘅,我就最鐘意食曬啲菠蘿。XO醬西蘭花炒牛肉小菜嘅份量同套餐一樣大碟。牛肉嘅份量好多,唔鞋口,加埋XO醬炒份多惹味!要讚讚餐廳職員個個都好爽快,唔怪得啲客貨如輪轉。

蛋炒得都算ok滑,蝦仁又幾大隻,爽口嘅,除左係蛋面加左少少黑松露醬做裝飾外,亦撈左落蛋到,所以啖啖都有黑松露味。略嫌有少少多油,不過炒蛋又真係多油啲嘅。
