今日帶小朋友去數碼港放電,放到自己啲電都冇埋,又攰又餓仲要湊住大老闆。好彩老闆終於餓,可以放飯啦~入到商場抬頭見到間日本餐廳,就入咗去,事關老闆話要食烏冬。我幾欣賞呢張枱金目鯛刺身,燒過魚皮後令魚油味更香,更煙韌,最重要係新鮮。活赤貝,夠爽口又鮮甜值得order,牡丹蝦肉質成半透明,唔會浸到白晒,所以相信都係用頂級貨,而食落蝦甜味濃,最緊要係個蝦頭,黃金橙色嘅蝦膏,撈飯食簡直係一絕。銀鱈魚西京燒,魚身滑口燒到金黃色,外皮仲帶啲脆口,味道帶少少甜,廚師控制火嘅能力都應該非常熟練。呢個天婦羅蝦烏冬,份量十足,有雞脾肉,兩隻大蝦天婦羅(炸到好脆)仲有半熟蛋,蟹柳,野菜。白飯用上日本珍珠米,飯香味濃煙韌,撈蝦膏同銀鱈魚超正。魚生吧~呢間餐廳嘅食物質素同服務都好ok,下次睇完戲可以過嚟食。餐牌1號餐牌2號
