To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來宜家家俬喺復活節有復活節限定嘅嘢食，所以就過嚟試吓，但係發現好多都已經賣晒，只係剩低呢一個薯仔沙律，咁就唯有照試吓啦。呢一個薯仔沙律，我就覺得佢唔係好夠沙律醬，啲沙律醬只係得薯仔有，其他食材嘅部份因為冇醬所以非常之清淡，尤其係菜，所以我唔係太鐘意呢份沙津喇。如果有下次，我應該唔會再嗌。至於呢一塊餅，我相信係用黎配湯用，但係我今次就冇嗌到，所以只係乾爭爭咁食呢塊餅。我覺得呢塊餅比較硬同埋乾，所以下一次試吓配湯食，應該會有唔同嘅感受。
