To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日,無論去到邊食野都係要排隊😂,我地今次去左客家好棧,慶幸唔洗排太耐就有位喇。尼度屬於一個平民價既酒樓,岩岩新裝修完無耐,環境開揚,食物方面都不過不失。綠茶芋蓉酥盒可以一試,唔會太甜,而且外層香脆,中間鬆軟,好香芝麻味,同茶好夾。叉燒酥都整得出色,酥皮酥脆,好香牛油味,中間亦岩岩好,唔會乾爭爭。其他點心都無出事,唯獨就係櫻花蝦炸兩,油炸鬼完全淋哂,腸粉太厚,食洛口全口都係麵粉既感覺不過整體尼個價錢,食物算合格。飲完茶,又係行街街既時間喇
