今晚約左朋友食飯,但都好一段時間冇食西餐,於是就決定入黎開餐,睇左下MENU有咩食先咁就同朋友決定叫 白酒煮蜆配蒜茸飽($89),意式辣肉腸炒大蝦($79),西班牙脆皮乳豬配彩椒汁($199)同紐西蘭肉眼扒配焦糖菠蘿($179)喺等食既期間,職員先拎左碟前菜碎蕃茄麵包脆條畀我食地,食落酸酸甜甜,的確係先開左個胃,等接住落黎既食物白酒煮蜆配蒜茸飽,佢D蜆處理得好,食落冇沙,而個汁係白酒加埋忌廉,味道夠濃厚但唔會太膩,而蒜蓉飽夠脆身,點埋個汁黎食好好食意式辣肉腸炒大蝦,D辣肉腸辣得黎又幾惹味,但唔會太辣,係食落少少油左少少。而D蝦食落都幾彈牙,另外佢仲有D沙律菜同薯仔喺到,咁就唔會食落太濃烈,有D菜清一清D味西班牙脆皮乳豬配彩椒汁,乳豬皮夠晒脆,正呢樣真係好緊要,因為如果個皮係淋晒,食落除左口感差之外,亦都拖累到個味道。而佢個肉質煮得夠淋夠入味,點埋佢個彩椒汁黎食,簡直一流紐西蘭肉眼扒配焦糖菠蘿,我地點左5成熟,佢塊焦糖燒得有少少焦香得黎又夠脆,加上塊菠蘿夠JUICY,食落甜甜地幾特別。而塊肉眼扒夠大塊,即使2個人SHARE黎食都好夠食佢食落冇乜筋,5成熟啱啱好,唔會太硬太鞋,味道唔錯佢2

佢2碟MAIN D 脆薯同伴碟菜都好多下,所以絕對唔駛擔心食完唔夠飽,如果同女仔食反而驚會唔會飽得濟
另外佢枱面有調味料:喜馬拉雅山岩鹽同黑椒,喺食肉眼扒時落左少少調下味都唔錯
埋單加一$601,味道質素唔錯,但價錢方面如果可以平多DD就好喇
題話外: 食完白酒煮蜆配蒜茸飽後,D蜆殼放左隻碟到,職員見到都好快好主動咁換過隻新碟,值得一讚
