同2位朋友行街,其中一位朋友話好攰唔想再行,咁啱路經一間餐廳,於是就入去坐,順便當早D食晚飯。可能係太早嘅關係,餐廳裡面唔算多人,其中一位朋友仲細細聲講間野冇人會唔會中伏架佢主MENU係紫色嗰份,而另外黃色MENU就精選D菜式做廚師推介。最後我同朋友決定叫 紅燒茄子排骨煲($88)、蜜椒吊燒骨($98)、滷水拼盤(小) ($88)、蠔仔肉碎粥(每窩$102)、蝦醬通菜($70)、潮式爆花蠔餅($96)蜜椒吊燒骨呢個食落有驚喜,佢喺排骨表面搽上蜜糖再燒,表層食落有D焦糖香,黏黏地甜甜地,而裡面肉質食落軟滑,肥瘦適中滷水拼盤(小),裡面有 墨魚、紅腸、腎、腩肉、大腸、生腸、豬耳、鵝腸、喺底下仲有D芽菜。雖然叫做小,但其實份量都唔算細下。味道都OK,但如果可以滷得再入味少少會更加好,佢上菜時跟左3隻醬俾你點黎食蝦醬通菜,炒得好惹味,唔會太重手鹹得濟,水準之上潮式爆花蠔餅上菜時成個PIZZA咁佢唔會好似部分餐廳D蠔餅咁,蛋漿加蠔仔喺平底鍋到煎到扁一扁咁,係會見到佢係有個層次喺到,所以食落口感夠鬆脆,唔會成口油,有少少蔥花調下味,同埋蠔仔數量都算多紅燒茄子排骨煲,茄子同排骨都煮得夠淋夠入味,但始

3個人食連埋加一$596.2,雖然價錢算係少少貴,但佢每碟個份量都好大,味道又好有水準,都算值得
題外話: 食到咁上下,愈黎愈多人,仲開始要等位,好彩食得早唔駛等
