my first time dining here. but honestly this is not something i expected from a 5 star hotel given the price. it costs around $500 per person for lunch buffet. The ambience was quite nice though, with a spectacular harbour view. however, the seats were closely packed and we could barely move around. there were a variety of food, ranging from dim sum to sashimi to indian dishes to hong kong style noodles, but i would expect something more. coz most of them are more like street food rather than something to be served in an environment like hotel. on the other hand, there were very limited supply of some signature dishes. for instance, everyone was mad for lobsters which were immediately gone once they were served. however, it took almost 20-30 mins for them be to replenished, which was a bit disappointing coz apparently lobster was the only dish that worth the price. On the good side, service was good as waiters were all very helpful. dessert was also one of the highlight as they were very attractive in terms of appearance and taste. there were a great variety of desserts ranging from thai mango sticky rice to napoleon cake. All in all, I would suggest the restaurant to provide more representative dishes to uphold its reputation as a 5-star hotel.
