上午在荃灣完成工作，沿路經過福來邨，見到越home，想想太累沒甚胃口，吃碗河粉吧。中午時間到處都人多，等了近20分鐘才有位。點了一碗生牛肉湯河粉，牛肉生熟程度不錯，上枱時呈現紅色，泡著湯，一會全熟，很有嚼勁。餐配熱奶茶，香滑，精神總算回來了。
