lady M never fails to surprise me with their cake! i have been here for countless times but im still very tempted to come back from time to time. my all time favourite is gonna be early grey and green tea. this time i was coming to try their new cake - pistachio. it came as a minty green cake, topped with real nuts. just like other good old lady m cakes, it tastes very rich, very creamy yet not heavy, comes in multiple layers where each layer is so thin and soft that you can barely count them. t

lady M never fails to surprise me with their cake! i have been here for countless times but im still very tempted to come back from time to time. my all time favourite is gonna be early grey and green tea. this time i was coming to try their new cake - pistachio. it came as a minty green cake, topped with real nuts. just like other good old lady m cakes, it tastes very rich, very creamy yet not heavy, comes in multiple layers where each layer is so thin and soft that you can barely count them. that was a really amazing flavour. i wonder how could they blend a classic snack into a cake so well. i can literally taste pistachio deep down inside the cake, which is very exciting to my taste buds. just heard that a new flavour - chestnut will be coming out soon! cant wait to give it a try.
