朋友為我補祝生日,揀左呢間靚靚地既西餐廳食餐好。餐廳位於蘭桂芳第一個街口轉右,行到尾就見。平日晚上九時前生蠔同小吃都有七折,星期四仲有半價添。非常吸引抵食。見每枱都點一打生蠔,我地請店員推介,介紹下揀左重海水味既Lambert 同爽脆既Shimonoseki 。店員介紹可先試用wasabi 味既碎粉伴吃,這個調味少見,好似食緊sashimi 咁。Avocado & shrimp Tartar, 攪碎的牛油果和大蝦,食得出配料有洋蔥芫荽和蔥,香口醒胃的前菜。Baked Mushrooms 大大隻的烤蘑菇配以雜豆,面舖滿芝士再焗,好香濃芝士味,整個配搭清新健康。主菜 French Duck leg confit,有水準,外皮香脆,沒有鴨騷味,鴨腿肉嫩滑,細味鹹香留餘韻。spaghetti with Sea Urchin,點時已提點我們這個意粉有小小腥,上枱便見一大片青瓜薄切青瓜,為意粉帶來清新感覺,意粉配以海膽汁,為意粉提鮮,啖啖鮮味,這個味道好夾。餐廳佈置以星球為題材,每張卓面都有變色月球,很有情調,適合聊天談心,跟情侶,朋友聚餐的一個好選擇!
