To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

局長倆是日傍晚於長沙灣一帶巡視，見此冰廳裝潢光猛舒適，遂入內一窺究竟。此冰廳有炒粉麵及小菜供應，局長倆點了魚香茄子煲及椒鹽蒜香豬扒，每款餸包一碗飯、一碗例湯、一杯飲品。未幾，食物陸續送至。檸茶及阿華田有水準。例湯清甜好喝，無味精味。魚香茄子煲賣相吸引，咸魚及肉碎十分惹味，且味道不會太咸，送飯一流。椒鹽蒜香豬扒味道濃郁，豬扒肉質不俗。總括而言，餐廳食物水準上乘，員工服務態度佳，價錢合理，為醫肚茶記不二之選。
