Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近見好多人介紹呢間大角咀家庭式拉麵店🤤上個星期決定同男朋友去試試🤣有別於連鎖店小店別有一種人情味❤️🍴薯仔沙律點完餐就會送上一碟薯仔沙律一碟有兩大球🤤好香濃薯仔味仲加左啲雜菜~薯仔打到碎碎的食落好smooth😋🍱二人套餐($258)同男朋友兩個人諗住叫個二人餐應該剛好🤤點知黎到碟碟都巨人份量🤣尤其係拉麵唔係淨係個碗大真係份量十足👍🏻🍴招牌牛油拉麵(+$10)既然係招牌拉麵就一於試試😋湯底本身好濃郁再加上牛油更增層次🤤麵質都係屬於煙韌彈牙❤️🍴自家製叉燒拉麵(+$10)本身好鍾意食拉麵店嘅叉燒所以就叫呢碗😋自家製叉燒做得好好肥瘦適中仲要份量十足❤️另外仲加左勁多海苔好正😋🍴吉列豬扒吉列豬扒炸得剛好外脆內軟😋食落仲幾juicy~🍴北海道南瓜炸薯餅北海道直送嘅南瓜薯餅餡料爆棚南瓜蓉香甜綿滑😋炸物黎講都做得唔錯但建議碟底可以加張吸油紙避免炸物容易變冧😉✨🍴燒雞翼及燒雞軟骨串✨本來冇期望小店嘅串燒但係食落都幾出色~❤️調味好足之餘雞翼咬落仲爆汁❤️香港都比較少呢類日式家庭式經營嘅小店🏮仲要大部分食物都係自家製份量又多CP值極高👍🏻👍🏻📍 小林札幌拉麵 (大角咀)大角咀博文街11號富貴大廈西座地下16號
