It's drawing near winter finally, so if you're a local, it is time for hotpots, snake soup and preserved sausages. At Kee Wah, they have traditional sausages. There are two types: Chinese sausages and liver sausages. Both taste great steamed with soy sauce served with rice. The liver sausages are my favourite because they are like Chinese black pudding while the Chinese sausages are like Chinese chorizos!
