等了４個多月，終於等到2021夏季 香港餐廳週，第４次體驗香港餐廳週，預訂了16間不同的餐廳 (包括４家贏家版餐廳)，期待！這１檔的第４站，是尖沙嘴iSquare：炊公館餐單：148/位 午餐#點心，有３款：黑松露野菌餃，餃皮一夾就穿，沒吃到有黑松露味！蠔皇叉燒包，今餐比較好味是這個！蜂巢香芋角，放涼了，底部都是油！#腿蓉海皇豆腐羹，味道比較淡，勝在夠熱，已經算合格！#魚湯杞子浸時蔬，娃娃菜未煮熟，還很硬！#高湯廣東雲吞，這個好味亦夠熱！但每人只有１粒，感覺不得體！#香滑芝麻糊，本餐最好味是甜品，質感細滑，甜而不膩！套餐以上，加了一哥鮑魚酥(58元/件，加了３件)，又是不夠熱，味道大打折扣，失望！服務：不好！環境：不錯！可惜沒有坐到靠窗的位置！總體評分：比較之前２次的用餐體驗，食物和服務明顯退步了！

#點心，有３款：
黑松露野菌餃，餃皮一夾就穿，沒吃到有黑松露味！
蠔皇叉燒包，今餐比較好味是這個！
蜂巢香芋角，放涼了，底部都是油！
#腿蓉海皇豆腐羹，味道比較淡，勝在夠熱，已經算合格！
#魚湯杞子浸時蔬，娃娃菜未煮熟，還很硬！
#高湯廣東雲吞，這個好味亦夠熱！但每人只有１粒，感覺不得體！
#香滑芝麻糊，本餐最好味是甜品，質感細滑，甜而不膩！

套餐以上，加了一哥鮑魚酥(58元/件，加了３件)，又是不夠熱，味道大打折扣，失望！

服務：不好！

環境：不錯！可惜沒有坐到靠窗的位置！
