清年假，剛好遇上2021春季香港餐廳週 (3月18日~4月11日)，預訂了尖沙嘴炊公館，和媽媽來吃午餐(148元/位)：#普洱茶，另收茶位20元/位#筍尖鮮蝦餃，蝦肉Ｑ彈爽口，好吃！#蟹籽燒賣皇，豬肉有鮮味，好吃！#焗菠蘿叉燒餐包，酥皮鬆化，不錯！#鮮鮑文思豆腐羹，本餐驚喜！鮑魚非常好味！#回味鴨鬆包，味道不錯！#四川擔擔麵配紅油抄手，點了小辣，但媽媽還是#蓮子紅豆沙，好好味！大愛！！服務比預期差，當天午餐時段，大堂坐滿，還有包房，樓面人手不足，上菜慢！
