一向鍾意食蟹所以知道有釀蟹蓋都好期待
除咗蟹肉絲仲有啲魷魚粒同埋香脆 打成膠綿密得嚟又有咬口
配埋酸甜醬好好味

菠蘿包比想像中大 外皮酥脆
紅豆蓉唔算好甜但就無咩紅豆香 連平時討厭食紅豆嘅細路都食哂😅
🥚Portuguese egg tart with bird's nest
葡撻外皮酥脆不過略厚 而且牛油味偏重同時偏油膩 所以細細個都會濟
🥭Mango pomelo with coconut and sago cream
楊枝甘露嘅芒果粒粒超級多而且頗鮮甜
不過如果可以雪耐啲無咁流質會更好。
🍮Soy milk pudding with honey melon sauce
上面密瓜蓉同埋密瓜波波都好新鮮而且唔係加咗糖嘅死甜
我本身以為下面係奶凍 但細路食第一啖已經好肯定係豆腐花
佢話完全係百福盒裝豆腐話嘅味😂

原本見個名以為係啲創新甜品 好似叉燒冬甩
但原來係叉燒包 味道正常不過不失啦
講到全餐最謎應該係嗰兩個餐飲
我嗌嘅伯爵茶同平時飲開嘅唔太一樣 比較苦澀 似鐵觀音
細路就嗌咗chocolate, rooibos and vanilla
網上介紹rooibos係南非國寶茶 但我哋飲落都覺得味道怪怪地 只帶好淡嘅茶味
於是提議佢加配我杯伯爵茶嘅牛奶 點知加完之後杯嘢連少少茶味同埋奶味都無
剩翻淡淡嘅雲尼拿味。

總結食物質素 服務態度同埋餐廳環境都唔錯
見到隔離檯兩個姨姨慶祝生日 啲侍應都好好幫佢哋影相
唯獨係如果熱點可以保持到熱辣辣就更好啦💕
