來這裡食buffet, 其中一個原因是見到openrice有人介紹入住可以有買一送一優惠。個人覺得，book一間酒店房連同食buffet, 比淨食buffet抵！因二者實際差價為三百餘元，但多一間房住一晚，又可以去fit centre玩，都是價得的。這裡其中一樣主打就是池畔燒烤。其本上廚師負責燒，食客可任意挾取食物。而最多人取的就是燒蠔！蠔都算鮮味，配上蒜蓉，味道頗佳。另外，亦有不少肉類可供選擇。其實聞到這燒烤的香味，就已經使食肉大增。至於室內，都有少量海鮮，日本壽司和刺生和將8-10款熱食。味道算是合格。而每位成人都會有一隻籠仔籠蝦。至於甜品，味道都算唔錯，雪糕就是M字頭品牌。晚上buffet2大2小只是$1112, 算是很抵食。
