To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2022嘅第一餐，好好嘅開始

呢餐已經係半年前食，當日係享用元旦午餐自助餐，同埋兩位食友去食。我哋12點半到，當時已經差唔多滿晒客人，好彩枱與枱有一定距離，坐得舒服。擺放食物嘅地方比較細，所以人多排隧時有啲亂，最估唔到係呢度不少客人打尖，或者係睇唔到條隧啦。凍海鮮有龍蝦，蟹，蝦，蟹最新鮮，肉一梳梳的，龍蝦就一般般啦。沒有生蠔，刺身有帶子，三文魚，甜蝦，螺片等，只吃了帶子，好大隻夠鮮甜。中式熱食款式多而高級，有花膠，蒸海蝦，片皮鴨，香燒乳鴿，海南雞等，蒸海蝦好正，已經開邊，蝦肉彈牙，配蒜蓉，我食咗5隻以上。有切牛肉，甜品種類唔算多，朋友話質素可以。呢餐好似7百幾已經連咗加一，有咁多海鮮菜，其實CP值高。
